A little about me.
I'm based in Ottawa and serve as President of Magenta Exterior Solutions and T3Constructors Inc. Most of my time is spent close to the people and practical decisions behind both businesses. I value direct conversations, clear expectations, and doing what I said I would do.
I don't think leadership needs to be complicated.
Be available. Be clear about the standard. Give people what they need to do good work. And when something goes wrong, spend less time looking for blame and more time working out the next step.

When something needs attention, the useful thing is to address it honestly and stay with it until there is a clear path forward.
